Open since June 1982, the Bluebird Cafe features songwriters and acoustic music seven nights a week, providing a stage for both the newest songwriters in town to play as well as for Nashville's most established writers.  The Bluebird is known for helping start the careers of many Country artists, including Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Trisha Yearwood and Kathy Mattea, and was featured in the Paramount Pictures film The Thing Called Love.  The Bluebird was named one of the best music clubs in America by Newsweek in 2005.  A varied menu of appetizers, hot & cold sandwiches, salads & daily hot specials is available until 10 p.m.  In addition to the show cover charge, there is a $7.00 food/drink minimum purchase per seat.   No smoking is permitted.  All ages admitted.  Reservations required for all Tin Pan South shows (even if possessing a Fast Access Pass) and may be made online at www.BluebirdCafe.com or by calling 383-1461.  Free parking is available in the club lot and at a nearby shopping center.
