Tin Pan South events take place in a variety of venues throughout Nashville.  Each of those venues have regular operating procedures throughout the year (e.g. age restrictions, table minimums, etc.), which Tin Pan South respects and observes during the festival.  At the moment, some of our partner venues are employing COVID restrictions for entry and others are not.  Venue policies may change over the coming months as proprietors make decisions they feel is best for their venue.  Tin Pan South will respect and observe the current COVID-related policy at each individual venue at the time of the festival.  We will endeavor to deliver to our patrons the most up-to-date information regarding each venue’s policies, so please frequently refer to, the Tin Pan South app, and the venue website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Fast Access Passes are the best way to experience Tin Pan South as they allow entry to any participating Tin Pan South show (until venue reaches capacity).

    $145 for NSAI Members

    $175 for General Public / Non-Members

No, Fast Access Passes only cover the entry fee to the venue(s). Pass holders are responsible for any required food/beverage minimum at the venue(s).

Although passholders receive priority entry into each venue when they arrive before doors open, all venues have a capacity, so admission is not guaranteed.  Venue capacity limitations are based on Metro Nashville Fire Codes.  If a venue has filled to capacity or requires reservations, festival staff may refuse admission.

All Fast Access Pass purchases are non-refundable.

Doors will open 30 minutes prior to show-time (with the exception of the Bluebird Cafe early shows and all shows at 3rd and Lindsley where doors open 1 hour prior to showtime) Once doors open, the PASS line will be accepted first, followed by the CASH LINE until the venue hits capacity.

Passes and single-show tickets are not refundable or transferable for any reason.

Note: Please arrive early. Lineups are subject to change. Some venues may require reservations or a per-person food/beverage minimum. Reservations are strongly suggested for shows at the Bluebird Cafe.

Every venue will have two lines, a 'Fast Access Pass' line and a 'Cash Line'. All attendees in the Fast Access Pass line will be admitted before Cash Line attendees may enter.

The majority of our events are first-come, first-serve, so “seat holds” are not permitted. Venue capacity is determined as attendees enter the venue so it is not possible to “hold a seat” for someone who has not yet been admitted to the venue.

Fire code capacities are determined based on the number of people admitted through the door, so even if there appears to be open seats, it is possible that the venue has hit capacity.

If you would like to come to a show but do not have a pass, locate and line up in the CASH LINE. Once all pass holders enter the venue, CASH LINE attendees are admitted until the venue hits capacity.

Passes will be available for pickup:

    Tuesday March 22 - Friday March 25: 10:00am - 4:00pm Central

    Monday March 28 - Friday April 1: 8:00am - 5:00pm Central

All passes must be picked up at NSAI (1710 Roy Acuff Place, Nashville, TN 37203). Unfortunately, we are unable to distribute passes by mail.

All festival passes available for purchase online are the same. The only other type of admission is by paying cash at-the-door.
